Recovery ability		ok, for starters, this product lives up to the hype and WILL do a phenomenal job at recovering and rebuilding muscle tissue.

Recovery ability		I decided to try Recon since I was looking for a recovery supplement and I saw this was rated very high.
Recovery ability		I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to increase recovery, especially if you are over the age of 35 since recovery is more prolonged anyways.


Taste		I drink it with 20 oz of water immediatley after my workout and it tastes great.
