Recovery ability		I was told I should look into a recovery product like this since I'm cutting calories, and this has been great so far, hardly ever sore now and it tastes amazing, like a watermelon jolly rancher!

Taste		I Love this stuff take it after a workout and I always feel like starting over.Taste is okay and it mixes fair.But it works so I don't care how it taste or mixes it is a great post workout drink.

Recovery ability		Used this during the summer and had very good recovery while on lower calorie diet.
Taste		Taste was kinda ehh to me and had a bitter amino taste near end

Mixes well		It mixes well with about 30s or less in a shaker bottle.
Value for money		Even though this product masks its formulation under a proprietary blend, given the effectiveness I noticed I think it is decent value.

Physical energy		Everytime I took this after my workout i literally felt a rush through my body and my muscles from being tense after the work to soothing down and relaxing.
Recovery ability		It has a great Recovery matrix blend, it states that it has a certain muslce therapy to help cool your muscles down after intense workouts and repairs and it really does work and you can feel it.
Taste		Great product from Muscle Pharm, the taste isnt that great
