Recovery ability		I've recently started stacking it with MusclePharm's Creatine poweder for post work out recovery and I gotta say not only do I recover better

Taste		All the flavors are super sweet so I can't give it a 9 or a 10

Muscle gain		I have been taking this supplement along with the free muscle pharm creatine it came with and ive gained 19 lbs on the first cycle.
Strength		all my lifts have gone way up.
Taste		Great stuff, works great, tastes great, and is well worth it.

Taste		For me taste of any supplement is always key because if you lift more than four days a week you need a sup that you?re going to want to take day in day out.
