Physical energy		yet relaxed and it gives me enough energy throughout the day with no crash.I use Recon with Assault,and so far these are some of the best supps.I've taken in which I felt stronger mentally and physically and as I mentioned before,no crash..
Taste		The only complaint I have of this product will be taste,but then again most post workout supps do not taste all that good.Thats why I had to give it a 9/10.

Anti-catabolic		I highly recommend this to anyone trying to keep on their muscle or trying to gain it.
Taste		Yes the flavor does take a little bit of getting use to
Value for money		well worth the price, and in my opinion the best on the market.


Physical energy		Since I have been taking this I haven't had those 'naggy' muscle feelings and pains/soreness jolts from lifting heavier and step in the gym with more confidence and energy.
Recovery ability		I feel over-all refreshed,'full' and recovered after workouts since I have been using this.
Taste		I must say..go with the watermelon (it's the lesser of the two evils for taste) This product taken as directed, has seemed to work very well.
