Physical energy		As far as I'm concerned this is the best all round preworkout powder available, I have been using it for 9 months without a break now and I still get great focus and plenty of energy every time.

Crash	I don't get the extreme crashes and lack of sleep like I do with Jack3d or Scivation Novem and there isn't loads of magnesium in it so you don't have to go to the toilet as soon as you get to the gym!

Endurance		I felt like Bruce Willis in "Unbreakable" when he keep lifting heavier and heavier weights and never gets tired.
Pump		Muscle "Pump" Rating = 9/10 I noticed yesterday after working out biceps and shoulders and that I was freakin' pumped!!
