Suppressed appetite		I took a single full dose about 30 mins before my leg workout, having had a meal an hour before.

Strength		this is by far my favorite pre-workout supplement due to strength increase and push.

Pump		This was an OK product i have had much better pre-workouts such as (C4, assault, superpump max, Animal rage, NO explode) to name a few and this was one of the worst.
