Physical energy		I went back home and it just drove me nuts because this gave me great energy and made me want and even need to workout.
Taste		The grape flavor was quite nasty
Taste		But the flavor really doesn't bother me because I just chug it down anyways and have never expected my PWO's to be great tasting.

Texture		The flavor was very chalky, and I felt nowhere near the same intensity in the gym as with the others.
Pump		however, TO ME White Flood does not compare to N.O-Xplode 2.0 or even my previous preworkout supplement, SuperPump 250.

Physical energy		Worst, most nefective preworkout supplement i have ever tried; energy is pitiful and lasts for a very short amount of time; l was very dissapointed with this 'supplement'.
