Physical energy		but that not what this review is about, anyways what i noticed is after a couple weeks of using this product it started to lose its potency, it gives me a good energy rush and high for the first 30 minutes of working out
Taste		I have used this product and it ussually takes me a 2 scoops the taste is pretty good best tasting pre workout i have had so far
Value for money		I do like the fact that this product has no creatine in it which i am not agianst, overall good price and potency for beginners

Value for money		The products I have listed are all great pre-workout supps that I highly recommend, minus the m5, its too expensive for me, which is why I purchased this product.
