Focus		I took one serving of white flood this am before workout and found I felt very focused and ready to start my workout.

Texture		The consistency was to me like liquid sugar almost.
Motivation		I feel it does a fantastic job as far as getting you motivated should you need it.
Focus		I was quite jittery to be honest, though once I got to the gym area, I was able to focus and calm down when I needed too.
Taste		Taste I give it a 10/10 if you like watermelon,
Taste		but a 7/10 if you do NOT like watermelon flavor.

Taste		This tastes exactly like the jolly rancher candy.

Crash	I did not feel any crashes after my workout, I was able to push through the workout with no thoughts of quitting or exhaustion, even though I was already previously sore from the other workout.


Taste		I just received my white raspberry 100 serving container this afternoon and I love the taste of this flavor.

Taste		The taste is really good in cold water, I usually put my shaker in the fridge with water and take it out right before mixing the White Flood, this gives it a great fruit taste.
Taste		No bad flavor that stay in the throat afterwards.
