Taste		I know they added beet root extract and this makes the taste and smell HORRIBLE escpecially for the JUCIY GRAPE FLAVOR!

Pump		I took it an hour before I went to the gym, I did not feel the tingly sensation that people talk about, nor did I really feel a pump.. Going with the C4 since it's on sale and has better reviews.

Taste		The Controlled Labs rep convinced me to try their new Fruit Punch formula when I mentioned I didn't like the old flavor.

Value for money		but this one is cheaper, and the taste is good.


Pump		As a previous Ravage user I was wanting something with less caffeine and fillers and more pumps.
Taste		Look no further, I will be buying again even if the taste is less than satisfactory.

Focus		Mental Focus is insane with this product.
Taste		After trying WF, the only thing that Assault has on it is the taste,


Taste		Its got an incredibly powerful taste, I had to fill my blender bottle to the top with just 2 scoops, which are really small, and it was still pretty strong.

Mixes well		I'd give this an 8/10 for mixability, there was a little bit of chunks left.


Focus		First of all, I want to thank people for their product, "WHITE FLOOD" I must say that is a great product, gives you just what you NEED for your training in the gym,,, focus, power, pomp and performance,,,.
