Pump		Bright side is an decent pump IF you can stomach it.
Taste		Worst tasting PWO period!


Taste		but ive had many many samples of different brands, and without a doubt i can say this is the best tasting pre out there!.
Taste		No bitterness, or sour flavor like with some other ones.

Mixes well		(in current stack) This is my favorite pre workout supplement, it mixes very well


Physical energy		i will never use another pwo energy supplement as long as this is available.
Physical energy		im sensitive to caffeine in general and most energy drinks just make my heart race.
Pump		superpump and redbull for instance just give me panic attacks
Focus		but this just makes me focus.

Taste		yet to try the grape flavor

Value for money		another plus is the price.
Value for money		the product is pretty cheap and lasts quite a while if your only using 1 or 2 scoops.


Pump		However, White Flood does taste much better than the other stims I've tried - C4, Jacked, NoXplode, & SuperPump.
Strength		It will help you lift more.
Taste		Now I don't know why taste should even factor into these ratings.

Pump		I dont get the amp/pump feeling like im ready to lift hard.
Taste		I am a regular morning coffee drinker though...dont know if that effects me less due to the coffee... Taste is too rich/sweet (Fruit punch)

Vascularity		but it didn't help with the power !! start seeing veins and more growth in my muscles and I don't know if it's from it ?

Taste		Flavor: 9/10 - Of the two flavors I tried, I definitely think watermelon is better than fruit punch.
