Vascularity		Always gives me the beta alanine tingles to let me know its ready and im always most vascular when im on it.

Taste		The Lemonade taste just like lemonade to me as well.Blue raspberry was also fairly tasty and Fruit punch I only used half a sample pack so I feel to give it a taste review is unfair as I couldn't really taste it :/.


Pump		Wanted to see about getting a pump out of this.

Thermogenic effect		I got my cardio in, 65 minutes, and I broke out the best sweat ever.
Taste		I was actually hesitant to try this because there was no flavor description, until I googled it.

Value for money		I'm giving it a seven because of how inexpensive it is compared to other preworkouts.


Pump		great product, gives a great pump during workouts with no crash after.


Texture		It gets me ready to good smoothly, with little to no crash.
Value for money		If the price point per serving were a little better this would probably be my number 1.

Taste		only downfall i would have to say is the fact that it has no creatine which isnt really a bad thing since theres tons of other products you could take for that.taste is good, sweet
