Endurance		As far as performance with this product I definitely see it helping because my strength and endurance have increased by significant numbers, whether by weight or reps.
Pump		I get amazing pumps from it too, sometimes the muscle group I hit will hurt because they are so pumped.

Texture		Unfortunately I like taking supplements like this in more of a concentrated, energy shot, fashion before my workouts and if not mixed with enough water it can be pretty sour and gritty tasting.

Motivation		Now that I'm getting back into getting fit, it was my first choice as a pre-workout "motivator".
Physical energy		A year+ ago when I was hitting the gym hard and in good shape it was one of my favorite overall pre-workouts for energy, and I tried a Lot of different ones.
