Taste		The taste was horrible....but easy to get over when I worked out and had intensity I'd never seen before.


Physical energy		The day i started this supplement i felt the difference i was able to push out more reps out of my last sets it definitely gave me the energy i needed i recommend it to anyone to try it and see for yourself!


Pump		Great intensity and pumps.
Taste		The only negative is that all the flavors taste pretty much the same, to me anyways

Physical energy		its a very natural energized feeling that lasts about 2 hours and then you slowly return to a resting state.
Taste		also everything tastes amazing! even people with the most sensitive, weak palates must agree!

Focus		No other preworkout I have used gives the jitter free, *comfortable heart rate workout that I like, and the focus it gives is uncomparable.


Pump		But now that its gotten ahold of my system, I feel rediculously stong, ready to get in the gym, and the pumps are astounding.

Taste		If there is any bad side its just the taste which really shouldnt matter.


Physical energy		Almost immediatly after drinking it I feel energized and ready to hit the gym.
Physical energy		but I have an endless amount of energy with this stuff and can get it done in 1 hour and 40 minutes and that includes 20 minutes of cardio.
Taste		The only complaints I have are that the taste is a little too strong/sweet for me, this can be fixed by mixing it with more water.
Value for money		Other than that it is a great product for a great price

Upset stomach	The second small problem is that once or twice I've gotten an upset stomach from it.


Focus		I usually feel the effects about 20-30 min before the workout and get great mental focus with WF along with my music.
Taste		The taste isn't so great


Pump		This is definitely one of my favorite preworkout supplements that I've tried so far and I've tried 1.M.R, superpump250, creadyl, and Jack3d!


Pump		but I like the fact there's no creatine and it gives me a good, intense pump throughout my workout.
Taste		The taste leaves a little to be desired,
