Pump		It does exactly what it claims to do, gives you pumps that are equally solid or better than other pre-workout products (NO-Xplode, NaNO Vapor, Superpump, etc), tells you the exact dosage of certain crucial ingredients (arginine, beta alanine, tyrosine), and does a good job of creating a solid propriety blend that doesn't give you a headache when you read all of its ingredients.

Focus		PROS: good taste, good jacked up feeling without a crash afterwards, much more of a focused feeling than NO-xplode, and I don't get "used" to this supplement which allows me to keep taking the recommended serving size (unlike NO-xplode where I was taking 3 scooops by the end of the tub).
