Physical energy		It was a good amount of energy, I'm 215 lbs, lean, took 1.5 scoops and it had me ready for a workout.
Taste		Overall, almost always pushed me the entire workout, great value, and a decent taste.

Pump		I've used this, SuperPump, and NOXplode, this one did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Value for money		I took this twice and for the price and amount of servings you get, as well as the effectiveness, it is the best thing I have tried, currently taking Jack3d, to give it a try,

Pump		after about 30 min i started my workout, about 15 min later i felt the pumps and reps go up for sure.
Focus		it is more of a confident feeling you get, a more focused feeling.

Mixes well		I mixed it in a glass with cold water and it did not stay suspended in that hardly at all.
Value for money		feels like everything gets easier to throw around!!! first sample packet i tried i was slightly disappointed, second packet i tried was right on the money!!! i guess i just had to get used to how it works..... when i workout i always do my final sets to failure, while supping with whiteflood, my sets to failure were DOUBLE what my non supplemented final sets are!!! my total volume went from 14135 to 15984!!!!!!! on the same routine!!!! what other supplement can give you over a 10% boost in volume???

Crash	Not only did white flood fail to help me finish my routine strong, it produced an all-day crash--something no other pre-workout had ever done.
