Physical energy		I love the focus and almost instant energy it gives me.
Physical energy		Like many other people say, it's extremely cost-effective, and I only need 1.5 scoops for my rush... and I have a high tolerance for caffeine!

Muscle gain		it is working out amazing for me and have gained about 40 - 50 pounds on my bench and 30 on my legs with this russian powerlifting workout.
Value for money		amazing stuff and i recomend it to anyone who needs cheap stuff that works.


Value for money		Good product for the price better when stacked with green bulge major side effects include diahreah and burning while urinating gets even worse if dont drink atleast two gallons of water a day

Pump		It does it's job better than NO Xplode, Superpump 250, and MRI Black Powder, in my opinion, all of which I have used for at least 4 consecutive weeks.


Motivation		Got the sample of this and It really works well, I was taking NO explode and loved the motivation it gave me to work out.
Value for money		I was looking for a cheaper way to get similar results and I think I have found what I was looking for.


Physical energy		Well I got absolutely no gratification from this product, nor did I get a boost of energy or much of anything else for that matter.

Value for money		As far as pre-workouts supps go it's a little cheaper than average for a full container, so if it works for you go for it I guess.

Pump		I haven't noticed any more of a pump then when I was taking nO shotgun.

Pump		In my opinion I would suggest buying the Purple Wraath or Purple InTrain because my pump was gone probably 30-40 mins into my workout, and i train for usually 70-90 mins a session.
Taste		However, I can't say the taste was the best lol , I had to mix it with GreenMAG which was MUCH MUCH better.

Pump		but i was dissapointed on the pumps, i was taking superpump for a while and i guess i wish it gave me a pump somewhat like it.Over all i give it a high 8 because of the fact tht this supp doesnt make me want to S*** like superpump250.


Pump		but this stuff is amazing, best PWO to date, tied with jack3d, they work in different ways, this stuff just gets you pumped up and angry at the weights,

Strength		I was able to add 5 pounds to my incline DB press and squeezed out a few more reps than normal on other exercises.
Value for money		After I try Jack3d, im definitely giving this product a shot (also, its relatively cheap).


Physical energy		It gave me clean energy to where I felt like I did when I was younger, I had an excited tingling feeling in me right after I consumed my cup and it lasted for a long time giving me a ton of energy for my workout.
Value for money		I strongly suggest this and if you have the money, stack it with a good intra-w/o supp like Intrabolic.
