Physical energy		It WORKS! 5 minutes after drinking White Flood, I felt a warm rush, "tingling" all-over, and a surge of energy.
Endurance		White Flood gave me the extra strength & stamina I needed to boost the intensity of my workout...without any "crash", no "jitters", and no perceived ill-effects (except for a little gas).
Strength		I started my workout 30 minutes later, and increased the weight I could lift by as much as 10-20% on some (though not all) exercises, and increased the number of reps by 20% on ALL exercises.
Strength		White Flood gave me the extra strength & stamina I needed to boost the intensity of my workout...without any "crash", no "jitters", and no perceived ill-effects (except for a little gas).


Physical energy		This is my 2nd cycle with WF and I look forward the energy that it gives you! .
Focus		Great focus and I don’t get the jitters from it.


Endurance		but mostly notice that i feel the endurance benefit through a whole workout.
Pump		By far the Best..I've used a whole tub of white flood, as well as many tubs of no-xplode, and 1 tub of superpump250, and a tub of nano-vapor.

Nausea or vomiting	If I have it like 20 minutes or more before the gym I start to feel nauseous.

Taste		The only thing I didn't like was the taste,
Value for money		I would still be using it if it weren't so expensive.


Endurance		I believe it worked very well as I had great stamina and power gains right away and seemed to keep on working well throughout the entire tub.

Thermogenic effect		It's like you don't know you've taken it...meaning with other NO products, such as Gakic Hardcore, GNC Thermo booster, etc, I felt jittery, like my heart was racing, on edge, and was ticked off half the time.
