Taste		although the taste is great going down, for the rest of the day know matter how much water i drink, there seems to be a after taste left in my mouth that in can not flush out.

Pump		Somehow I was getting a pump in my forearms just from throwing plates on the rack that day, and I was definitely psyched into thinking this product is pretty potent stuff.
Pump		(Pumps) 3.5/5 It all boils down to what type of exercise you’re doing that day.
Pump		I believe that pumps aren’t necessarily granted on command; I usually have to isolate whatever muscle group I’m working out for a couple sets before I feel them fully engorged with blood.
Pump		With White Flood I found it to give me an immediate slight pump after only the first set (after warm-ups of course) and by the end of my final set with whatever exercise I’m doing I find it to be borderline skin tearing ridiculous.
Pump		I absolutely love working on my triceps, overhead cable skull crushers give me the most ridiculous pump in my triceps to the point where I can’t touch my back for the life of me.
Pump		Even better were cable crossovers, I’ve never reached a pump like that before in my pecs.
Pump		I gave it a 4/5 because it isn’t necessarily a “pump” product that gives you instantaneous results;
Pump		however it gives you the energy and intensity to work up to an above average pump.
Pump		There is definitely a psychological placebo effect going on when I receive any pump trying to further my results,
Pump		although I do believe that there are better pre-workout supplements out there if you’re truly looking for a pump because White Flood is more or less just a kick in the *** to do some serious work at the gym.

Vascularity		I did notice though that I had veins after taking the product that I originally didn’t think were there such as my along my calves and quads, that’s pretty interesting for me to say the least.
Vascularity		Once again it’s really sketchy for me to say that it helped make me more vascular since I have a low body fat percentage already,
Focus		(Focus) 5/5 When I gulp down a full serving of White Flood for some odd god forsaken reason I just want to move heavy *** weights.

Taste		Taste – 2.5/5 Essentially I’m not purchasing ANY of these supplements for taste alone, and in this case it definitely is an acquired taste.
Taste		Although there is a hint of Gatorade that accompanies the electric lemonade flavor I found it to be mildly bitter.
Taste		(TIP: Hold your breathe and throw it down the hatch if you can’t stand it) At first gulp, I put the bottle down and looked at the **** bottle wondering how exactly I could describe the flavor.
Taste		I chug the sucker down so I don’t have to deal with the strange taste,
Taste		however I can see how the underlying taste of lemonade can be alluring to many folks and I definitely agree that it tastes good,
Mixes well		The product dissolves quite nicely and quickly after just a couple of seconds.
Value for money		Value – 3/5 At around $40 a tub it definitely isn’t cheap,
Value for money		but compared to the rest of the pre-workout NO supplements out there this takes the cake in terms of servings to price ratio as well as the effectiveness of the product.
