Physical energy		It is easily my favorite supplement and give a nice sustained rush as opposed to the up and down of other products.

Taste		After I've completed my workout, I have a wierd fruity after taste that lingers for about an hour.


Taste		To be completely honest it doesn't taste to great kind of has a vanilla lemonade taste.


Physical energy		but the energy that white flood provided me is unbelivable i have never been thi hyper at the gym when i don't take it.
Pump		I really like white flood i think other products provide better pumps.

Focus		i get focus on every rep and i always want to explode the wight up when i use it.


Physical energy		About 20 minutes after I take it I get the "Tingle" and then I'm ready to smash out a workout.. Long lasting energy all day.

Pump		This is what gets my up in the morning for my workouts(about 5 or 6 am) and this is what keeps my pumps there from when I enter the gym till a good portion through my day.
Taste		but I just like White flood lemonade flavor even more.
Taste		The taste is great, I mix 2 big scoops with a half scoop of GM and 16 ounces of water, and I just love drinking it.

Upset stomach	So I tried 2 scopes, really upset my stomach, to the point where I got out of my car and went back up stairs and ate some bread and drink so water because it was making me so sick.

Physical energy		After 15 minutes of drinking it you start to feel a little tingle in your body and breathing becomes a little bit difficult because your being blasted with an enormous amount of adrenaline rush.
Pump		But once you start working out then you feel the adrenaline evaporate a little bit and you can really feel the pump of your muscles.
Focus		It keeps you really focused during your workout.
Taste		way better than any supplement i have taken so far and way better than the tasteless creatine ive taken till now.
