Strength		I mix up my workouts with everything from static holding days, dynamic heavy lifting, to plyometrics to whatever it takes to keep me from being bored and I have found white flood to be appropriate for all of them.

Pump		I actually felt what a pump is and I have been taking NanoX9 and the difference is night and day.

Endurance		Coupling that with the endurance to go an extra one or two reps was a welcome addition to the White Flood experience.
Pump		After my first set of curls I had a wonderful pump in my biceps, and my vascularity was out in full force.

Endurance		Endurance was absolutely lower than when on black powder.
Pump		Prior to white flood I had been using black powder for 8 months, and prior to that super pump 250 for 1 month.

Pump		Super pump did in fact give an outstanding pump,
Pump		It was an arms day, where NO really gets me pumped the most, so I figured there was no better day to give white flood a first try.
Pump		Pumps/Vascualrity: The pump is not as good as black powder or super pump on any exercise.
Pump		I'd give both of those a 8.5/10 on the pump scale, and I'd give flood a 6/10.
Vascularity		Where I really notice a drop-off is in the vascularity department.
Vascularity		Black powder made my veins really stick out whereas flood has had literally no effect on my vascularity.
Focus		I tried my hardest to stand still and really focus on deep breaths.

Diarrhea	but just as outstanding was the diarrhea.

Texture		It isn't that bad because its not thick like other products I couldn't stomach,
Physical energy		Can't complain about the results though, first time I took this stuff it gave me un-real energy.
Taste		Taste of this stuff is a little rough, you really gotta just take it without thinking about taste.
