Focus		It give you great focus and that extra push for that extra rep.
Taste		The taste is pretty good, kinda sweet and mixes extremely well.

Physical energy		(One thing like SP better for is its energy last for a few hours, where WF's energy boost seems to be pretty much used up in your wo... not a crash or anything, just don't feel the caffeine like rush for much more than an hour or so.)
Muscle gain		Highly recommend this pre-wo sup, as have seen good gains in both 1rpms and muscle since started takin it!
Endurance		Gives me a definite edge both endurance and strength wise in workouts.

Pump		but im pretty sure there was a lot of filler in this stuff..like i said its decent and the pumps were alright

Taste		this stuff was decent at best not worth it though id get jacked or ssin juice next time around..it tasted all right no complaints


Pump		Similar tingle and pump as from jack3d, and overall a good product; I would definately recommend it to people who haven't responded to NO products like Black Powder, since I felt nothing from that product

Pump		good pumps took it about 30 min into 6th period at school and could hardly stay in my seat!

Taste		The best part is that I can mix so many "tasteless" things in it, and they never seem to affect the taste despite it being not too strong!
Taste		It tastes very good (Electric Lemonade) in my opinion and I look forward to drinking it every time and never had to "get used to it."

Taste		but this stuff was disgusting....but it still "REALLY" jacked me up so im going to buy it and hope that the other is actually with flavor instead of tasting like amino acids....still weights moved real well with this stuff so im definitely getting this stuff, like they said in other reviews...it will last a while!

Crash	Worst supplement I have ever taken, made me feel like I was high and anxious, and within a half an hour of working out I had a caffeine crash, and I only took half a scoop,had to quit my workout, wish I never tried this.
