Physical energy		Definitely feel great energy after 30 minutes of taking it.

Taste		Once you get past the weird filmy sour taste, you to will fall in love.
Taste		The easiest flavor to get down is Electric Lemonade, I mix 2 1/2 scoops with 4 oz of gatorade and creatine and I'm good to go for hours.

Crash	There's no crash that follows a White Flood workout BUT make sure you're around a toilet about 15 minutes after you take it.

Pump		The pump wasn't very strong in fact it might have been mostly mental
Taste		It comes in a small container of condensed power so it means smaller scoops which I love because that helps with flavor and means less to drink. the best description of taste i've heard is that it tastes like flat Sprite or 7up with maybe a little more bite,


Pump		Amazing! Have tried all the other pre work out supps: Jack3d, NO Xplode, Pre Surge Unleashed, 1MR, and Superpump 250.
Taste		This one leaves them all in the dust and has the best taste with no jitters.


Value for money		I thought it was pretty ridiculous to spend any more money on supplements, specially people saying to stack GM/PW with other stuff like White Flood etc.. it just seemed unnecessary to me and a bit overhyped..


Endurance		SICK SICK enery on half a dose!!! no fatigue, very very good.


Taste		but I have continuously used the Electric Lemonade flavor in the past.
Taste		Only reason it gets a 9 is because I needed to drink a consistent amount of water while in the gym to keep that mineral-metallic, dehydrated taste/feeling out of my mouth.


Endurance		I recommend sticking with 2 scoops (their previous serving recommendation) for a solid workout and endurance.
Taste		Electric lemonade is quite tasty, and easy to mix within 20oz of water.
Ingredient profile		Initially, you'll get some tingly feelings due to the other ingredients included.

Taste		The furious fruit punch certainly tasted good,
Value for money		but the company would have to give it to me for free because I wouldn't waste the money.
