Pump		I tried the Wal-Mart Creatine (with all the other stuff in it) it gives you an OK pump.
Taste		but taste is a 3 (Electric Lemonade taste like beets to me...not a taste I want during a workout).

Physical energy		On the bright side definitely gives me a good pre-workout buzz and I have a high caffeine tolerance, Im gonna try Jack3d now and if that doesn't work I guess I have to work my way down the line of other flavors
Taste		Took this as part of the Controlled Labs stack, the taste...ugh, I tried Electric Lemonade first and thought it was a little too tart.
Taste		Taste was so bad I would gag, so I started mixing it with Gatorade, still no good.
Taste		Went back to the Electric Lemonade flavor and its tolerable...when watered down which makes it hard to take with the other Controlled Labs stack.

Taste		but I highly recommend not getting White Raspberry as it tastes like Chowards Violets.
