Taste		I purchased the electric lemonade flavor and it is not the best tasting.
Taste		I received a watermelon sample and it tastes amazing and is obviously the same preworkout so I will def buy the watermelon next.


Physical energy		It will definitely give you energy and focus, BUT can really disturb your sleep.

Recovery ability		Usually I train afternoon or evening, so it's crucial for me to have a deep recovering sleep after my workout.

Endurance		No extra muscle stamina to speak of either.
Pump		Pump - there was none really to speak of.
Taste		Taste is the secound best thing about white flood, the watermelon flavor is top notch in my book.

Taste		I got a sample of the fruit punch flavor and it has a distinct "dirty" taste, probably due to the fact that it contains beet root.

Taste		It mix as strange as there was particals of the mix floating around, taste was mhmmm bad (close to vomit).
