Physical energy		I'm rating it a 7/10 because even though I did not feel the energy boost or pump I was looking for, for my morning gym sessions, I did feel it did give me energy throughout the day and I was awake and alert.

Value for money		I truly believe these guys have their stuff together in this business and I would recommend them to anybody even though their products are kinda pricey.

Taste		I might try a different flavor, because the Blue Raspberry is very bitter and it seems one ingredient does not mix well (white particles floating around).
