Upset stomach	When I started back, I realized the stomach problems it was causing me.


Focus		This preworkout allows me to keep my focus and acts as a pick me up for evening workouts after work without the side effects of some preworkout shakes.
Taste		Good preworkout as a stand alone, even better when 5g of unflavoured BCAA's are added!
