Ingredient profile		Either way, the ingredients in pre-workout are really bad for your body anyways, so I wouldn't suggest you use any pre-workout.


Physical energy		Assault seems to give me the most energy out of the 3, and will generally last me through a 3 hour workout with about a scoop and a half.
Taste		The pineapple mango has a great taste, and is definitely different from most of the other options other PWO's offer.

Ingredient profile		this is a facepalm of a supplement it didn't improve my workout whatsoever and made me want to throw up the first couple of times I tried it............. you can't take 3 scoops of it, I don't care how weak it is you can't take three scoops of it.... it's serving size is just way too big and it's mostly fodder ingredients.


Texture		A first time buyer of MusclePharm products, I was amazed at how great tasting the Candy Apple mix was, how smooth it mixes and most importantly, how it allowed me to knock out those extra heavy, face contorting reps!
Physical energy		It provides the energy and Beta Alanine without the jitters or crash afterward.

Endurance		Its a time release, so for endurance type workouts like boxing, 5ks, or marathon I strongly recommend it.
Endurance		but it takes its time and slowly works its way through your body so you don't get fatigued under two hours.


Taste		tasted horrible, it made my stomach bloat and started to hurt for 15 minutes.


Focus		The focus was there and I felt like I could have stayed in the gym for hours and hours.

Pump		Don't really get the pump I've read about others getting,
Taste		Plus, Pineapple Mango was soooooo good, could have drank a gallon of that flavor!


Focus		Great focus when you put your head phones in you can workout for hours.
Endurance		Also love to use Amino1 during for great endurance and hydration.Great product like most of MP stuff!
Pump		Ive tried NO Explode, Iron Pump, ON PRE, and 1MR and nothing touches this new formula.
Pump		This stuff still, even after taking pre for years, gets me a pump like no other and a subtle tingle.


Euphoria		i stop using it because it kills the workout mood for me.
