Focus		This stuff used to be my go to PWO on cycle months since the pump and focus were always there,
Texture		After being mixed, the formula looks and tastes chalkier, which is gross and unappealing, nothing like the Raspberry Lemonade used to taste like.

Skin flushing	The few times I've taken the new Assault formula, my face was seriously flushed and the itch and pain were unbearable.


Physical energy		One of the best pre-workouts in my opinion (not that I've tried a bunch but..) definitely gives me a burst of energy needed for my workout.
Taste		I usually love grape flavor anything.
