Physical energy		After the niacin flushing was gone in about 30 minutes I did feel energized


Recovery ability		It makes me recover quite fast and able to continue,

Mixes well		but it goes away after i start my workout so i dont think anything of it, it mixes real nice with gatorade throw in some con-cret and its bomb as hell completely recommend im gonna buy another tub when im done with this one
