Physical energy		I liked the clean sustained energy, it has a decent amount of Glutamine and BCAA's.

Focus		Ive worked out for about 6 years now and i can honestly say with this stuff i was the most focus, pumped and energized that ive ever been before !

Endurance		but it sure helped improve my endurance (more reps).
