Motivation		overall i like MP Assault it tastes good, gives me energy and helps keep me motivated to put every last ounce of effort into my workout.

Mixes well		As for mixability, it does pretty well in my shaker cup.

Taste		but when I tasted both Pineapple Mango and Lemon Lime(my wife's assault) we look at each other and we was like "Is this really Assault".
Taste		If you was hesitant of using assault because of the flavor then give it another try.
Taste		100% improvement in flavor I say 15% to 20% improvement in effectiveness and I think that's a lot since the old formula was really good.


Focus		I also found my ability to focus on the task at hand and really keep the intensity up in the gym.

Taste		Muscle Pharm changed the formula for this product and it tastes worse than the original and doesn't have creatine in it, which was pretty much the only thing other than the caffiene and amino acids thats actually was an ergogenic aid.
