Pump		worst of all besides the side effects i never had any PUMP with this.. .. OVERALL i will not be purchasing this again and will go back to SP Max until i find something with a pump i can take that's similar to SF Domination

Gas or bloating	but still had bloat and stomach issues.
Crash	but never had any crashing.


Strength		My bench, squat, and press have consistently increased by 5-10 lbs per week since week one.


Texture		but this new formula simply will not dissolve and you wind up drinking grit.
Taste		The Pineapple Mango tastes pretty good


Taste		They all taste like chemicals,also don't dissolve easily.

Headache	Wouldn't buy it again due to the fact that my heart was in pain and it gave me a headache.


Focus		What Assault does for me is it gives me the perfect steady flow of energy and focus that I've been looking for to improve my workouts.

Pump		This product doesn't give me the instant gratification of that warming feeling and full muscle pump after one set like NOX.

Endurance		The best way I can describe it, is a steady level of energy and helps you with endurance towards the end of the workout.
Strength		It keeps me going through an hour of lifting followed up with a 30 minute run.
