Value for money		Most pre-workouts are pretty good and this was on sale really cheap so I tried it.


Focus		Energy/focus: This product gave me a decent amout of energy and good focus.
Muscle gain		but I also gained 10lbs from the extra calories.
Strength		Strength: I am using this product in conjunction with ON Serious Mass, so it's difficult to tell how much strength came from Assault alone.

Taste		taste: Not good, I will try another flavor.


Ingredient profile		need definitely to remove some ingredients and add some others to make it more efficient..i give it a 7,it gives a very good kick though,but thats it
