Recovery ability		The recovery speed from workouts is amazing.....even on my super heavy days I almost always have no sorness the next day.....If i dont drink it after the workout i tend to be sore.

Motivation		It manages to keep me motivated, rehydrated, and allows me to recover while I workout.
Physical energy		The other advantage I'd say that this has over it's competition, Amino Energy, is that it doesn't have beta-alanine which is in my pre-workout stack.

Headache	but I would get these short headaches on heavy weight reps which would go away after a few minutes.

Taste		And after the work out I mix the orange with grape gatorade and for some crazy reason it tastes great.


Taste		this stuff is really refreshing.... if im going to say anything bad about the taste its that it might actually be to sweet..... i drink it during workout and a little post workout after my protein and have noticed im not sore the day after like i use to be. the reason this is getting only an 8 is that its the first bcaa i have tried and will most likely stay with it.
