Endurance		I use 4 scoops of Xtend during each workout and I have noticed that my stamina has greatly increased.
Recovery ability		In addition, I have noticed that my recovery time is much faster when I use Xtend than when I don't.


Taste		Orange is by far my favorite, the others taste too much like jolly ranchers or Country Time powder.
