Recovery ability		This is the best recovery product out there! Period!


Anti-catabolic		AWESOME product-- I love it during cut phase to prevent catabolism and preserve muscle, especially intra-workout when I do cardio after lifting.


Taste		It doesnt dissolve well and the artificial color is awful, it makes your mouth green, and the taste is strongly artificial.


Physical energy		I take it during workout with my animal pump and it really gives me the extra bit of energy I need and the taste is amazing I got the new lemon lime its better than gatorade.

Taste		The taste is too strong so you have to put a lot of water which is great because you can buy a big can and everyday you fill it up with the amount of water you need and the amount of scoops of Xtend you need.
Mixes well		Mixability is a 10 because it mixes easily and the powder doesn't go down after any amount of time!
