Recovery ability		it tastes great, helps a lot for recovery after workout, and during it it recharges your body with nutriments and you are good to continue training!

Value for money		Overall this is a very inexpensive product to make and it should be cheaper.


Recovery ability		It keeps me from cramping up during a workout which is why i tried it in the first place and i also noticed that I recover faster in between sets so i can work out harder and really tear down my muscles.
Taste		The taste is great to me I like having it in my blender bottle and sipping on it during my workout, it also makes for a great replacement for sports drinks on those hot days.
