Taste		I used to love the blue raspberry Xtend...until they changed the formula - it tastes absolutely disgusting.


Taste		Great taste on this.
Value for money		My only complaint is the high price.

Upset stomach	Doesn't taste as good and it upsets my stomach.


Taste		but a friend of mine bought the new formula for grape and I tried it and both my friend and I agree it is AWFUL -- way too sweet -- tastes like cotton candy or something.

Endurance		Effectiveness 8/10 Seems to have a decent affect on my endurance, helping me get through a workout.
Taste		Taste 8.9/10 I mark this slightly under Purple Wraath simply because I like the stronger taste of PW better.
