Recovery ability		GREAT PRODUCT! i took 2 scoops with 2liter with an hour and a half of intense workout and was in need of a subtle (no creatine added or any fancy stuff added n-traing supp) to help me recover faster and this helped me recover faster where as comparing to the Muscle Tech Prototype216 i tried and found it to be BULLSH*T honestly a huge waste!

Physical energy		I take this supp as my pre-workout though it is sold as a post-workout.I have great pumps (the citruline helps) and I don't feel any fatigue at all,the vitamin 6 gives me the energy I need.Never thought it could work so good I am amazed,it helps me more than some supps with arginine and beta-alanine.

Taste		I am a big fan of Scivation Xtend, so when my Blue Raz flavor ran out, I wanted to try the Watermelon flavor.

Endurance		this is my for time using xtend i woke up made myself a bottle to hit the gym with 20 oz of water with two scops of it and i tasted it and i WAS LIKE WOW FCKING GREAT then i drank lil bit before i went into the gym and i started with carido i did 25 mins and i felt great not tired then i started weight lifting my (bis / tis) i didnt feel tired that much then i started to do more carido after work out i go for another five - ten mins NOT TODAY i did another 25 MINS i wasnt tired i wanted keep going!

Taste		The taste is SWEET...I mean really sweet...it takes some getting used to.

Taste		Taste like a jolly rancher with a little bitter after taste which is not a big deal.
Taste		Gonna try the grape flavor, I heard the taste is pretty good.


Taste		This flavor is only "ok" and I actually LOVE grape flavored products.

Recovery ability		Quality: 6 Didn't see a big difference in recovery time or any of the known benefits associated with your normal BCAaminos.
Taste		Taste: 3 Watermelon did nothing for me...the BCAA's bitterness still stands out.
Taste		melon doesn't do a very good job covering the taste, prob should have gone with the green apple or grape.
