Physical energy		I felt unrealistic burst of energy right when I needed to push out a few extra reps.
Taste		First of all, this product tastes and smells horrible.
Taste		but the taste and "crash" are not worth me using this product again.

Taste		but watermelon tastes disgusting and leaves the worst after taste in your mouth other than that awesome product just don't use late in the day unless you plan on being up two days straight without ever yawning, it happened to me once


Focus		I felt so **** tweaked out that my mentality and focus wasnt even right!
Pump		I didnt like my workout, I didnt have a pump.
Ingredient profile		So to some of you, I guess you can say "hello heart palpitations" Its proprietary blend contains 15 ingredients at 6.78 grams total.


Taste		I see a lot of people saying it tastes bad and I agree it doesn't taste like candy


Physical energy		Energy 9/10 good clean energy, would Do Again.

Crash	but I had an awful crash after working out, and the workouts weren't even that long - 1:30 at max.


Pump		i have always got a good pump off of 1mr, even tho the taste isnt the best..i dont buy suppliments for a nice tasting fruit drink, its for results.

Physical energy		Not the best choice as an energy source or pre-workout drink lmao.
Taste		When it comes to taste it tastes horrible, it took me 10 min.

Difficulty sleeping	I drank it at 5:30pm and being dead tired after my workout it didnt let me sleep all night and finally came to be able to rest the next day at night still experiencing some difficulties lol.


Strength		but it gets me in a different zone, seriously adds 5 pounds to every lift.
Physical energy		Talk about a rush!
Taste		The fruit punch tastes kind of like kool aid, and the only reason why I didn't give this product a 10 is because I build a caffeine tolerance and have to cycle off.

Upset stomach	but it upset my stomach and gave me some serious acid reflux.


Texture		Tastes fine, similar to others, artificially sweetened and is a little gritty.
Physical energy		The first time I took it I had to cut my workout short because it gave me so much energy I became sick.

Focus		I definitely notice a lot more focus and energy when in the gym, and can easily push through my workouts with more intensity.
Muscle gain		The only downfall I've seen with this product so far is that it doesn't come in a bigger container!
