Taste		okay firstly got really bad crashes on this stuff use to fall asleep after my workouts or just daydream/phase out and the taste wow preety bad.


Physical energy		Is a great kick, gets me buzzing and more determined while working out.
Taste		Only down side is the after taste.


Strength		I recommend buying the product if you are looking to max out on reps and not sensitive to caffeine.
Pump		it gives you good pumps.
Taste		The taste is not so hot
Value for money		The product is effective and a pretty good price.


Taste		but the lemon lime doesn't taste too great.
Taste		I've noticed it tastes a tad better if you add ice just compared to tap water.

Upset stomach	On a side note it does upset my stomach from time to time depending on what I eat prior to drinking it.

Taste		Have a lot of nausea after and watermelon tasted HORRIBLE!!


Pump		Besides the nausea caused by the excess caffeine you do get a decent pump.
Taste		On another note the Lemon Lime flavor tastes like the milk left over from a bowl of Fruit Loops...maybe that’s your thing.
Value for money		Save your money, if you like this stuff buy caffeine pills and some L-arginine.
Ingredient profile		WORTHLESS!!! Read the label...300mg of caffeine per serving.

Focus		Within minutes I had the most focus and intensity a pre workout has ever given me.
Physical energy		After my hour long workout I got home and i HAD to go out for a run I had just that much energy.
Taste		Only problem is that the taste is completely horrid.
