Taste		I would definitely recommend this product, the watermelon tastes way better than the blue raspberry which I've also tried.


Pump		I've been around the block when it comes to preworkouts from no explode to black powder and superpump.
Taste		Overall great product, only downside is it has a bitter aftertaste,


Thermogenic effect		Also makes you sweat a lot and drop a lot of water retention, noticed I was very cut up perhaps due to dehydration so make sure you got your bottle of water on you while training.

Pump		I have tried a variety of different preworkouts including NOXPLODE, Jack3d, and Superpump.
Pump		Nothing and I mean nothing has given me the pump I get when taking 1MR.

Value for money		The price is a bit higher than some of the other preWOs, and I don't see it as a higher end product.
