Focus		The first time I took 1MR I noticed that I had a very calm focus in the GYM.
Texture		I was able to work through my weight lifting sets smoothly and until failure, which I never really felt.

Value for money		I've taken several Pre-workouts this one is worth the money since it's not to pricey and Makes my workout very enjoyable.

Gas or bloating	This product also will not leave you bloated like other Pre-workouts such as N.O.

Physical energy		but I did and it was actually pretty good I got it down with no problems it was pretty sweet and within 15-20 minutes I could feel the energy and got a really good first workout after some time off the gym with no crash or sick stomach or jitters or anything
Taste		I usually cant stand artificial watermellon flavor so I wasnt even going to try my free trial size that came with my orange flavor
