There are other so called strong and concentrated pre-workout formulas. They say 1 scoop per serving on the panel yet tell you to take 3 scoops. How is that strong? How is that concentrated?

Physical energy		About ten minutes later driving to the gym I could feel my heart racing and I had a lot of energy.
Physical energy		The energy sensation this gave me was not a good one(very jittery) by the time I got to the gym I had stomach cramps and basically crawled around the gym to finish my workout.
Taste		I had the watermelon flavor and it tasted pretty bad, not horrible,
Taste		I tried it again and used the full scoop this time, the flavor with the full dose is way to strong and artificial tasting to me.


Focus		it's tastinga bit above average imo worked better for me than Jack3d got sick focus

Strength		I did make decent strength gains with this product and it did provide me with a moderate amount of energy/intensity for my workouts.

Pump		I drank this on my way to the gym and felt pumps before I got there.
