Taste		I am actually planning on returning both of these flavors as I feel very let down by the product.

Nausea or vomiting	Also, unless I had something in my stomach, I felt nausesous.
Jitters	And I feel jittery on this produc.


Muscle gain		this is the best product on the market i have been using it for around 4-5 months and i love it it gets me really in to my workouts and gets me to push my absolute hardest possible i do suggest this product to any person that wants to gain muscle!


Focus		The focus and intensity was insane.
Pump		I have used Jacked3D, Xpand Xtreme Pump, Garbage and many other supplements.
Taste		The taste is decent,

Strength		My goal was to lift more weight on my deadlift, took a seving of this stuff, and BOOM! no problem lifted it up like a champ!

Taste		I have to tell you that I have not tasted alot of other preworkout supplements out there, and I don't have to!
