Recovery ability		It really cuts down on recovery time in between sets and I was getting more reps after the first time taking it.
Pump		The pump was twice that of Jack3d and it glued my hands to the weights.
Taste		I got the watermelon, as it is a different flavor than you typically see.


Physical energy		very good product had great energy.

Taste		I've used No-Xlode, and Jacked for the past 2 years and was intruduced to 1.M.R a few months back when I was given a couple sample packs to try, (Orange flavor) we all love those free samples right!

Taste		The flavor of the orange and blue raz was amazing and hoping that the store i work at gets samples of 1mr watermelon soon so I can try it.

Nausea or vomiting	1mr gave me the kick I needed to get through the hard FST-7 workout without feeling sick.
