Endurance		I basically sip on it throughout the day and have definitely noticed a decrease in fatigue and soreness.


Recovery ability		however once you get past the taste you have a solid foundation to recover from the workouts.
Taste		but this one struck me as sweeter than it needed to be, flavor itself was an orange-C type just more on the blander would have been better, it definitely had a kick to it.
Taste		As an orange-fan myself I masked with another orange carb drink for better results, hopefully this is less of an issue with the other flavors, some chemical flavor which you have to be aware about also.
Taste		however once you get past the taste you have a solid foundation to recover from the workouts.
Mixes well		Very good intra amino drink that mixes easily that I got from a promo.


Physical energy		but the hydration and energy definitely helps.
Pump		I don't feel an extra pump with this product
Taste		Lemon Lime is delicious.
Taste		Leaves a weird taste in the cup or bottle after so make sure you wash it before next use.


Endurance		In any endurance sport and sports that are physically demanding such as hockey and boxing, I would highly recommend this product.
Taste		The solubility is good, the taste is good and the quality is top-notch.


Recovery ability		Recovery between sets is phenomenal.
Taste		Watermelon is the best flavor they make besides lemon lime.
Taste		You can get sick of the same flavor really quick.


Pump		Again being the skeptic i am, i convinced myself that maybe its just a placebo effect.. so i contained to take it and about a week it i started to believe that the stuff does work, i've been getting some good pumps almost too painful sometimes.
Taste		but this product has electrolytes in it ...and not to mention the flavor is so over powering that i mix it in 32 Oz. of water so it def.
Taste		i gave this product a 9 on taste , i didn't give it a 10 because no matter how good it taste it still has some of that chemical aftertaste...but aside from that its pretty refreshing especially when really cold.
Value for money		It was later that i realized what it was ...and i thought i wasted my money.
Value for money		I think the price could be a little bit lower

Taste		Xtend is hands down the best tasting and most effective BCAA supplement I have tried.
Taste		Blue Raspberry taste very close to the blue ICEE and 1 scoop goes a long way.
Taste		Green Apple is light and taste like the Extra Green Apple gum with a vitamin like after taste (no bueno).
Value for money		I recommend this product if you have the money to spend because it is pricy.


Pump		Keeps me going and pumped up throughout the workout.
Strength		I would highly recommend this product as it helped me increase my strength greatly as well.
Taste		Taste is great.


Taste		If anything, the taste of this vs. water during a workout is more palatable and helps me down the massive amounts of liquid I need.
Value for money		I only wish it wasn't so expensive!
