Focus		All this did was lower my intense rate in the gym, dropped my focus and gave me extremem heart burn.


Pump		I do not get any "pump" from this product like some people might claim (citrulline malate in there),
Taste		It has a good BCAA profile, and multiple flavors actually taste pretty good.
Value for money		It's also important to mention that the price is fantastic compared to other similar options.

Taste		but if you want to drink something after workout, at least make it a refreshing and tasty drink, and scivation xtend is boss at doing that.
