Endurance		I bought this stuff and immediately upon taking it the first day, I noticed my endurance shoot through the roof.
Mixes well		Extend mixes beautifully in water.

Taste		The taste is what really sets it apart, as I have not had a bad flavor

Value for money		A Good BCAA product wth a Great Nutritional Values such as 7g of BCAA n 2.5g of Glutaime.
